Not only Lithuania. 15-year-old Hubert Laskowski will also compete in Latvia

Next week, 15-year-old Hubert Laskowski will start competing in the Lithuanian Rally Championship. However, this will not be the only series in which the young driver will compete. The Latvian championship will be an additional challenge.

In the next national championship, Hubert will drive a Peugeot 208 Rally4. The right-hand seat will be taken by Michal Kusnierz, who is well known for his performance last year. The racers competing in the Latvian championship will not have time to warm up. At the start of the season in early July, the calendar already includes the Liepāja Rally, a series of the European Championship.

On the one hand, competing in two national championships at such a young age is a huge challenge. On the other hand, if I am to progress, competitions are the best form of training. Getting to know new rallies, new roads and learning about car settings is fundamental in this sport. I will certainly not treat any start as easy, and I will do my best with each one. This year is extremely important for me, said Hubert Laskowski.

I look forward to continuing my cooperation with Hubert. I can see that he is progressing incredibly fast, and in the future, he could be a fast and extremely effective driver. The season spent in Latvia will certainly help him move up a few rungs in his career ladder, said Michał Kuśnierz.
